Who you're dealing with

Tended is an independent app made by a solo developer — the developer named on Tended's App Store and Google Play listings ("Tended"). Contact: hello@tended.studio.

Your account

Tended is for ages 13 and up. If you're under the age of digital consent where you live (up to 16 in some EU countries), a parent or guardian must agree to these terms for you. Keep your sign-in secure — you're responsible for activity in your account. People you invite to your family space can see and edit what's in it, so invite only people you trust.

Your content

What you add stays yours. You let Tended store and display it only to run the app for you and your family space, until you delete it.

Fair use

Don't use Tended for anything illegal or harmful, upload content you have no right to share, or try to break, scrape or get around the app's security. Tended may suspend accounts that do.

Subscriptions

Premium features are billed by Apple or Google and renew automatically until you cancel in your store settings. You keep access until the paid period ends. Refunds follow Apple's and Google's policies, without affecting your legal rights. Price changes are announced in advance.

Changes and closing

Features may change over time. You can delete your account at any time in the app's settings. If Tended shuts down, you'll get at least 30 days' notice and a way to export your data. Important changes to these terms are announced at least 14 days ahead.

Limits

Tended is provided "as is". Reminders can be late or fail, so don't rely on the app alone for anything critical. As far as the law allows, Tended isn't liable for indirect losses, and its total liability is limited to what you paid in the last 12 months, or €50 / £50 / $50 if that's more. None of this limits rights you have by law as a consumer in the EU, UK or US.

Apple and Google

These terms are between you and Tended. Apple and Google aren't responsible for the app or its support. If you got Tended from the App Store, Apple may enforce these terms as a third-party beneficiary, and its only warranty obligation is to refund the purchase price, if any.

Disputes

Your local consumer laws apply, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. Please write to hello@tended.studio first — most things are quicker to sort out by email.
