The 10-minute Sunday reset
Five things, ten minutes, done Sunday evening. Print it, stick it on the fridge, tick it with a pen. The whole point is that it fits on one page and asks nothing of you after that.
- Dinners on one sticky noteFive of them, no days attached. On the fridge, where whoever gets home first can read it.
- Screenshot and text both calendarsDon't merge them. Look at both, together, for thirty seconds. Say the collisions out loud.
- Pack three bags, line them by the doorSchool, work, sport. In the doorway, not the bedroom.
- Ten-minute reset: counters and entryway onlySet a timer. When it goes off you stop, whatever the rest of the house looks like.
- Three non-negotiables, written where you'll see themThree. Not twelve. Where both of you walk past them.
